| Abstract: | These Regulations impose requirements for the protection of persons employed in factories and other places to which the Factories Act, 1937, applies, against ionising radiations arising from-
(a) sealed sources ; and
(b) machines or apparatus intended to produce ionising radiation, or in which charged particles are accelerated by a voltage of not less than five kilovolts. |
