| Abstract: | Halperin's Neuro-Connector model (1990) has been implemented and used to replicate classical conditioning phenomena. This paper describes two of these experiments, attempts to replicate the effects of pre-exposure to CS and US, and the effect of partial reinforcement. In both cases similarity to animal results exists but has limitations. This indicates that the model may be correct in some of its assumptions, but there is definite scope for improvement. |
